The Build

- 45-minute strategy call to lock in scope, format and desirables before the day
- A dedicated 4-hour block with Loud Haus executing alongside you, structured around how you and your team work best
- Personalised debrief within 48 hours covering outcomes and any work that wasn't completed in the room
- A 45-minute implementation and accountability check-in one to two weeks later. This is a non-negotiable
After your Build Day, the transformation is tangible. Something exists that didn't before, and what isn't finished comes back to you as a clear brief so your priorities are not neglected.
The Project
Full project ownership from initiation to delivery. We don't leave until your goals and vision have been executed.
- A Deep Dive to open the project, discussing scope, desirables, timeline and budget before anything is built
- Full visibility of outcomes and milestones throughout. Your own project board, weekly touch points, or both, so you're never left wondering what is going on
- Delivery walkthrough, final debrief and complete handover documentation so your next big thing doesn't lose momentum at the close
