Fourteen years of operations and project work teaches you a lot.

But the thing that stuck with me most wasn't a system or a process, it was watching good businesses quietly fall apart from the inside. Not because the founder wasn't talented, or because the idea was wrong, it was because nobody had ever helped them build the foundations.

I spent those fourteen years across small businesses and big corporates in Australia and the UK, moving through operations, projects, accounts, and event management.

I was always the person who could walk into a business, figure out what was inefficient or broken, and fix it. The one who asked questions nobody else thought to ask, and the one who stayed until it was executed.

What I kept noticing was that founders and small businesses who were creative, bold, and visionary in their industry were brilliant at what they did and often neglected their backend, and cracks would appear as they grew.

THAT’S WHY LOUD HAUS EXISTS

Not to hand you a generic template or a three-step framework and walk away. But to get into your business properly, understand how you think, and build something that works the way you do.

We're not a consultancy that disappears after the strategy deck. We're the partner who stays, executes, and gives you an honest read when something isn't working.

I built Loud Haus because I never found what I was looking for inside someone else's business. So I stopped looking.

If you're a founder or small business operator who's tired of running on instinct and spreadsheets, who knows something has to change but doesn't know where to start. That's exactly who we built this for.

If that sounds like your business, your bold ideas belong here, and Loud Haus is ready when you are.
